THE 2026-27 PACARTS SEASON IS OFFERING two PRODUCTIONS THIS FALL

Our season begins with story through two fall theater productions from the genre of concept theater. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] and SIX the Musical invite students to examine how stories are created, preserved, interpreted, and retold. Through history, literature, humor, and theatrical innovation, students engage the complexity of the human experience, while participating in the Great Conversation that has shaped our culture.

One of the most celebrated comedies in modern theater history, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] transforms Shakespeare’s entire canon into a fast-paced theatrical experience performed by an ensemble cast. Through physical comedy, creative storytelling, and inventive performance, the production celebrates the enduring influence of Shakespeare while inviting audiences to experience these works in a fresh and engaging way.

At Pacifica, this production reflects our commitment to the Great Conversation of Western Civilization and the belief that great works of art deserve thoughtful engagement. Students explore Shakespeare’s legacy while developing skills in ensemble performance, communication, problem solving, and creative interpretation. Through humor and theatrical craftsmanship, they discover that timeless stories continue to challenge, inspire, and connect generations.

SIX the Musical

Winner of two Tony Awards, including Best Original Score, and nominated for eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, SIX the Musical reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII through a contemporary pop concert experience. Blending history, humor, and musical innovation, the production explores identity, reputation, power, and the desire to be known beyond the circumstances that define us.

At Pacifica, this production provides students an opportunity to examine how history is remembered and retold. Through character exploration, musical excellence, and collaborative storytelling, students engage important questions about perspective, human dignity, and the complexity of the stories we inherit.
