Co-Founder of Real Estate Investor Goddesses speaks to Entrepreneurship and Leadership classes.
There is an array of classes our students can take – anywhere from liberal arts, to film and photography, to STEM, to Business and Entrepreneurship – you name it. Teachers sometimes invite influential guest speakers who are active in their respective fields. When they come, these working professionals speak to our students to teach about their field and share about their personal working experiences.
This past week, both the Entrepreneurship and Leadership classes joined together to learn about passive income and wealth building from real estate investor Monick Halm. Halm is the author of the Real Estate Investor Goddess Handbook: Everything You Need to Know to Start Investing in Real Estate Like a Goddess. She is also the co-founder of Real Estate Investor Goddesses, which is an educational platform for women real estate investors. She has over 12 years of investing experience in single family, multi-family and RV/mobile home parks, and currently owns over 1000 rental doors in six states with her husband. It was truly a treat to have her come by to speak to the Entrepreneurship and Leadership classes.
The students were engaged in Halm’s talk and learned a lot from her expertise. There will be many more opportunities for students to delve deeper into specific subjects by learning from other guest speakers and engaging in hands-on labs and projects.
