Admission to Pacifica opens the door to a place where young men and women are challenged by a rigorous, college-preparatory, liberal arts education that integrates faith and learning. A Pacifica education is not merely a means to an end, but also an end in itself. Education is a life-long pursuit. Our goal is to produce life-long learners who seek truth for its own sake, whether on the basketball court, under the glow of stage lights, or in the classroom.

Pacifica engages students in a variety of both academic and extracurricular opportunities to pursue their study of studio art, film, vocal and instrumental music, theater, and dance. Our arts programs inspire creativity, encourage students to pursue their passions, and provide opportunities to develop new skills.
Students at Pacifica take academic courses in the Arts, but they also participate actively in co-curricular productions through the PACARTS program. These events are public facing in nature, and demonstrate the quality and artistic heart of our school’s Visual and Performing Arts Department.
Yearly productions include the Fall Musical, Winter Dance and Music Concert, Winter Art Gallery, SCREEN Film Festival, Spring Play, and the annual festival for the visual and performing arts: i.Sight. Productions in PACARTS are supported by the parents of the PACARTS Booster Club or raising awareness and funding through the Pacifica Annual Fund.

Pacifica athletics aim to challenge our student athletes to grow and develop into mature young men and women. Pacifica coaches are experienced in taking athletes of every level and prepare athletes to get the most out of their high school experience. Our athletic department brings the school community together. Whether it be big home games, or traveling with the team to playoff games throughout Southern California, it is our goal to promote camaraderie and school spirit.

Pacifica strives to create a culture in which all students find and develop their own interests so that each student may become an essential part of the Pacifica community. The students at Pacifica have learned to work hard, participate in a variety of activities, and take risks. Through engagement in our expansive co-curricular programs, students develop skills in leadership, self-awareness, dedication, empathy, artistry, physical and spiritual growth, and leadership. These experiences and the lessons they provide are complementary and essential components to a Pacifica education.
