Transfer Students

Pacifica Christian High School is currently accepting transfer applications for the 2019-2020 school year. We are looking for incoming sophomores and juniors who are ready to pursue a demanding college preparatory, liberal arts education.

All transfer candidates must be academically qualified with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They must also be in good standing in areas of conduct and attendance.

Pacifica manages all applications, communication, and event registrations through the MyPacifica online platform. Please create an account as soon as possible. Within your personal account, applicants will be able to communicate directly with the admissions department, track the progress of their application materials, and sign up for events. The transfer application deadline is June 14th.

  • Official Transcripts

    Official transcripts from the first semester of the current year and at least two prior full years are required. Please create an online application account and download your Official Transcripts Request form from your personal application checklist.
  • Two School Recommendations

    We require two recommendations, one from a school administrator and one from the current Math or English teacher. The school recommendation forms should be emailed to the student’s current school approximately four weeks prior to the date the recommendations are due. Please create an online application account and request your recommendations through your personal application checklist.
  • Family Interview

    At least one parent and the prospective student must attend the family interview. Please sign up as soon as possible as interview slots are limited and fill up quickly. Please create an online application account and sign up for an interview slot through your personal application checklist.
  • Financial Aid

    Pacifica Christian High School seeks students and families from all economic backgrounds. If you are interested in applying for financial aid please visit our Financial Aid page and complete a FAST Financial Aid Application. This application may take a few hours, so please start the application at least two weeks prior to the due date.

Fall 2019 Admissions Deadlines

  • Attend an Admissions Event throughout September - December
  • Apply online: Due January 13
  • Teacher recommendation forms: Due January 13
  • Official transcripts: Due January 13
  • Family interview to be completed between January 13 - February 7
  • ISEE or HSPT must be administered by February 15
  • Financial Aid application: Due February 1
  • Optional: Attend a shadow day between January 13 - February 7
  • Transfer Student Application: Due June 15
