The Pacifica Annual Fund, a campaign that runs each year from September through August, provides an opportunity for families, friends, staff, and community members to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of our school programs, support the financial aid program, and provide needed help toward capital improvements. Gifts both large and small are critical to reaching our goal and to establishing Pacifica’s long-term presence on the Westside of Los Angeles.
The Pacifica Fund provides funding for academics, athletics, the arts, technology, financial aid, promoting Christian values, and student and parent activities. The 2015-2016 year found 70 percent of Pacifica families, 100 percent of faculty, 30 percent of alumni, and 100 percent of the Board of Trustees contribute over $400,000.

Community Parties 2017
Pacifica Community Parties are a way to connect with others from Pacifica while supporting the school’s annual fund. Parties are scheduled to take place Spring 2017. Space is limited, so sign up today!
SATURDAY, APRIL 1st – Come explore the great wines of Italy with Jeff and Joanna Ennis and 9 of your soon to be best friends!! We will begin in the southern region of Campania before moving far to the north to Tre Venezie (the three Venices). We will trek to Piedmont to experience the region’s famed Barbara and Nebbiolo grapes before concluding in Tuscany as we settle into some Sangiovese, the region’s most famous varietal. The wines will all be paired with food and community. ($300 per person)
SATURDAY, APRIL 29th – Enjoy a tasting of fine scotch by Scotch expert and Scotsman, Nicholas Pollacchi of “The Whisky Dog.” Nicholas M. Pollacchi is a world traveler, spirits connoisseur and Single Malt Scotch Whisky obsessive! This exclusive scotch tasting will take place at the Bel Air home of Pacifica Advisory Board Member, David Houck. Spend an evening transported back to the 1960’s in this mid-century masterpiece overlooking West Los Angeles for a truly one-of-a-kind experience. ($100 per person)
SATURDAY, MAY 13th – Join with old and new friends to strengthen your culinary skills with the help of a professional chef. Your new found expertise is sure to be noticed at your next dinner party! Cocktails and appetizers while you learn, and dinner when you are done! ($75 per person)
SATURDAY, MAY 20th – Join Jim and Sue Knight, and Pacifica founder, Cynthia Olmstead, at her beautiful home in the Palisades Riviera for a Beer and Brat Party. Enjoy amazing, seasonal small dishes from friend, sommelier, and great chef, Erik Kelly, and the latest samplings of Pacifica’s founding Board President, Kent Crawford’s hand-crafted beers! This is a great event to meet other Pacifica families and spend time with faculty and administration. ($75 per person)
Campaign activities include an e-mail/mail campaign from September through December, a phone tree, and an annual dinner/auction.
