Financial Aid Fund
“A School For All Families…”
This phrase is perhaps one of the most significant and foundational ideas in Pacifica’s philosophy and approach as a private, college preparatory high school. Since the school’s first class, the Board of Trustees has been committed to providing financial aid packages to ensure that quality students from every neighborhood of Los Angeles can receive a Pacifica education. This campaign greatly expands that commitment for future Pacifica families.
Over 50% of the Pacifica student body currently receives financial aid. While the percent of full-pay families has been on a steady increase over the past three years, the identity of the Pacifica student body relies on scholarships to worthy applicants seeking admission to the school. Reaching the Financial Aid Fund goal guarantees need-based scholarships to 50 students over five years.
