PETER & CYNTHIA OLMSTEAD Award

Peter left an indelible mark on Pacifica Christian High School. As a member of the founding committee and a pioneer on the board, he exemplified leadership, courage, and stepped out in faith to establish Pacifica. If not for Peter and his wife Cynthia Pacifica Christian would have only been an idea. Cynthia cares deeply about the Westside, education, young people and Peter’s legacy. Their work has impacted thousands and is a testimony to the Pacifica mission, one they helped craft, of thinking and living well.

The Peter & Cynthia Olmstead Award honors students who show an aptitude to complete a rigorous course of academic study, an inclination toward a virtuous way of living and potential for leadership. The award is given to students who might utilize their Pacifica for good while in high school and well into the future.

Awards are based on significant financial need and a record of superior academic performance.

Eligible Applicants:

  • Prospective students applying for the 2017-2018 school year for 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
