The Pacifica Christian High School Visual and Performing Arts Department cordially invites you to visit our first ever Online Auction for the Arts-- part of our 3rd Annual Benefit for the Arts.  You may bid online for items ranging from resort vacations to front row seats at graduation.  All proceeds go directly to expanding and improving arts education at Pacifica.

Bidding opened today and closes Thursday, March 10th.  Follow the link, www.biddingforgood.com/pacificaVPA to check out our many items, and make a bid! We're still accepting donations and additional items may be added along the way, so check back often.

Funds raised through this auction allow the arts to grow in tangible ways. Next year we hope to add a second professional HD camera for film, computers for editing and digital design, provide professional cameras for a new photography class, add a lighting board and dimmer racks for theater, and expand our material list for AP Studio Art.  Each tax deductible donation is greatly appreciated and helps us reach these worthy goals.

In a time when funding for the arts is being cut from the visual and performing arts, Pacifica students are given the opportunity to experience the visual and performing arts on many levels. We offer a uniquely creative experience to students as an essential facet of a Pacifica education. We invite you to participate in this creative process with us!

On behalf of our parent committee, the arts faculty and staff, I thank you in advance for visiting our site.  We hope to see you over the next two weekends at the Los Angeles High School Premiere of the Tony Award winning musical, The Drowsy Chaperone.

Truly yours,

Michael Balsley,

Director of the Visual and Performing Arts

Tracey Lane,

Parent and Coordinator, 3rd Annual Benefit for the Arts
