High School Filmmakers!

We are the student filmmakers of Pacifica Christian High School in Santa Monica. We eat, sleep, and breathe film and have reason to believe you and your students do too! For this reason, we would like to invite you and your student filmmakers to participate in Pacifica Christian High School’s 5th annual  SCREEN Film Festival, February 24th .

Screen Fest exists to give talented teenagers from around southern California a venue to share their work. It is designed to encourage student filmmakers by giving them a voice and to help support the film community. It is also a place for filmmakers to gather so that they might meet other like-minded artists with the possibility of future collaboration. This year will feature twice as many films, guest speakers, and workshops. We are inviting you to join in the creation.

To submit any of your, or your high school film department’s, work for entry into Screen, please complete the following submission form. Make sure that the film(s) in consideration adheres to the subsequent guidelines:

1) Must be made in the previous year (January 2011– present)

2) Must be between two and ten minutes in length

3) Must be directed, written, and produced by students

4) Must be submitted on DVD

Thank you for your time and consideration,
